Meet Micaela, the vibrant and dynamic Customer Service Lead at Loader Parts Source! With years of experience under her belt since starting in November of 2021, she’s an unstoppable force of expertise and enthusiasm. Micaela lights up our workplace with her passion for teamwork and problem-solving, hilariously comparing her bustling days to the iconic SpongeBob GIF as she embraces the chaos and excitement of her role.

Her primary mission? Ensuring seamless communication between team members and customers so that every part order is perfectly executed. Before joining LPS, Micaela honed her managerial skills at a seasonal ice cream shop and gained valuable experience on the toll road. These diverse backgrounds equipped her with the essential interpersonal finesse and call center proficiency crucial for her role here.

Beyond her fascination with the industry, what Micaela treasures most are the meaningful connections she builds with her team and clients alike. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her immersed in her favorite hobbies—drawing, painting, Nintendo gaming, cooking up delicious creations, or getting lost in the rhythm of music. She’s truly the heartbeat of our team!"

Meet Pete

Our seasoned expert in Warranty, Customer Service, and Technical Support at Loader Parts Source. With an impressive sixteen-year tenure, Pete's journey with us began in our shop before transitioning into his current multifaceted role. Back in 2008, amidst the construction downturn, Pete found his footing with a helping hand from Levi Burkholder. Initially intended as a temporary gig, Pete's dedication and expertise kept him coming back day after day. Fast forward sixteen years, and Pete has evolved into the versatile Renaissance man we know today.

His typical workday revolves around assisting customers in troubleshooting machine issues and providing solutions tailored to their needs. With sixteen years of hands-on experience under his belt, Pete is the go-to source for answers and expertise in our team.

Beyond the workplace, Pete indulges in a diverse range of interests, including oil painting, playing guitar and drums, singing, and bonding with his children through fishing trips. Despite the majority being adults, Pete and his wife have opened their hearts and home to four foster children.

Pete's wealth of experience, coupled with his passion for helping others, makes him an invaluable asset to the Loader Parts Source team.

Meet Theresa

Introducing Theresa, a cornerstone of the Loader Parts Source team! With years of dedicated service under her belt, she brings an unmatched depth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her typical day is all about connecting with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect parts to keep their machinery running smoothly.

Before joining LPS, Theresa spent over two decades mastering the art of customer service at an RV company. Her extensive experience made her an invaluable addition to the team, and she’s found a refreshing change here at LPS, where she feels empowered to make a difference and truly shine.

When she’s not busy ensuring exceptional customer experiences, Theresa can be found cheering on her son at his high school baseball games, where he’s a standout third baseman. She’s the perfect mix of dedication, expertise, and heart—a true MVP both at work and at home!

Say hello to Judy, our adventurous and spirited Customer Service Representative who joined our team in July of 2024! With several months of expertise under her belt, Judy brings a dynamic mix of professionalism and curiosity to every interaction.

When she’s not dazzling customers with her top-notch service, Judy dives into her unique hobbies with gusto. Whether scrapbooking treasured memories, venturing into the wild in search of Bigfoot (Squatchers gotta Squatch!), uncovering fascinating hidden history, or striking gold in bargain-hunting escapades, she brings the same energy and excitement to everything she does.

Judy is proof that blending curiosity and creativity makes every day a new adventure—whether in the workplace or beyond!

Beyond the workplace, Jim enjoys refining his skills in the kitchen through cooking and baking, as well as expanding his knowledge by watching documentaries. His dedication to learning and creativity brings a thoughtful approach to both his professional and personal endeavors.
