Core Return and Refund Policy

We make core returns easy! Here's how it works:

Condition Requirements

  • Return your core in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition.

  • Please give your core a quick wipe-down to remove excess dirt, grease, or debris before shipping. This helps ensure a smooth inspection and avoids potential deductions.

  • Remove all fittings from pumps/motors to avoid a $100 fee and additional shipping costs.

  • Mismatched cores may result in additional deductions.

 Shipping Policy

  • Within 7 Days: We’ll cover shipping costs for core returns made within 7 days of purchase.

  • After 7 Days: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may be deducted from the core charge refund

Return Within 30 Days:

  • Day one is defined as the delivery date of the LPS order.

  • The Core Charge is eligible for a full refund after the core is received and inspected. Deductions to the refund amount may apply following inspection.

After 30 Days:

For freight-required returns, call us at (866) 573-3659 for pickup arrangements (available in the contiguous U.S.).

Deductions

  • Missing parts: Variable reductions.

  • Mismatched cores: 25% reduction. 

Core Deposits

Avoid core deposits by sending us your complete assembly core before your order ships. 

Inventory & Stocking Policy

  • At Loader Parts Source, Inc., we strive to maintain a comprehensive stock of items available for shipping within one business day.

  • While we endeavor to anticipate customer demand, occasional stock shortages may occur. In such cases, our customer service representatives will promptly notify you of any delay, providing an estimated shipping time and the option for a full refund.

  • For real-time inventory updates or inquiries, feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Purchasing Policy

By placing an order with Loader Parts Source, you confirm:

  • You're authorized to use the provided debit or credit card for payment

  • The delivery address is accurate

  • You agree to our insured shipping policy with signature confirmation (optional waiver available) 

Unclaimed Merchandise Policy

Any merchandise left unclaimed in Loader Parts Source's care for over 60+ days will become the property of Loader Parts Source, Inc.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Cores

  • Items for repair

  • Warranty merchandise 

Shipping Policy

Free ground shipping on domestic orders over $249! An additional $75 charge will apply to all freight shipments requiring liftgate service
