International Shipping Policy
At Loader Parts Source, Inc., we proudly serve customers around the world with fast, reliable international shipping. Whether you're looking for air freight or ocean freight, we work with our trusted global carrier R+L Global Logistics to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.
Shipping Options

Air Freight: Estimated delivery in approximately 7 business days.

Ocean Freight: Estimated delivery in 30+ days depending on destination.
If R+L Global Logistics does not meet your needs, you are welcome to select a carrier. LPS will provide a Commercial Invoice. LPS will require a Bill of Lading from the carrier. The dock address and hours of operations are as follows:

- Dock operational hours are 8:00am – 3:00pm EST.
Customs & Import Fees
Please note that ALL customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are NOT included in our shipping quotes and may be required prior to delivery. We recommend arranging a customs broker in advance for smooth clearance.

LPS will require the following information to provide a freight quote. When this information is received, we will provide the quote with the estimated lead time.

Name of the Consignee: The party or company receiving the goods.

Consignee Email Address: Email address of the receiving party.

Consignee Telephone Number: Telephone number of recipient.

Ship-To Address: Destination of the final shipment.

Carrier: The company transporting the goods.

Freight Forwarder: A company that helps facilitate the shipment, sometimes acting as a customs broker.

Customs Broker: If different from the Freight Forwarder.
Tracking & Documentation
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. All international shipments include a Commercial Invoice for customs. Additional documentation such as a Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes are available upon request.
Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid import fees, the customer is responsible for:
