Designed to close the main fuel circuit in the carburetor when the key is turned off, this solenoid plays a vital role in maintaining proper engine function. Before connecting the new solenoid to the engine harness, check the wiring at the connector. The positive wire connects to terminal 1, and the negative wire connects to terminal 2.
